Enjoy a mid-week stress reliever on Wednesday evenings at Yards Park.Starting May 2 and going through September 26\, Yards Park will transform to a Zen environment to those interested in yoga!  All-level classes\, sponsored by Foundry Lofts\, free and open to the public\, will be held from 7 pm to 8 pm.Join VIDA gym instructors at the Light Tower\, and be sure to bring your own mat.

The Metrorail and Metrobus are both excellent ways to get around the District and the entire DC area. The closest Metro station is Navy Yard on the Green line. Tingey Plaza is just one block from the Navy Yard Metro (New Jersey Avenue exit) behind the U.S. Department of Transportation building.
