DESCRIPTION:Forward Festival brings Outside\, a one-day music festival and block party\, to NoMa on Saturday\, April 28 from 2 pm – 8 pm.  This free and family-friendly event will feature sound stages\, food vendors\, outdoor bar\, boutique artist market\, live performance art\, and installation art. The event is part of Forward Festival\, a five-day celebration of electronic creative culture that is now in its fifth year.
